Ally fashion is looking for a Store Manager who is fun and vibrant to join our team.  THIS IS A MATERNITY LEAVE REPLACEMENT ROLE ONLY for up to 12 months.

What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
  • Proven experience in recruiting and developing teams
  • Hands on and self motivated
  • A love for all things fashion
  • Customer service skills that go above and beyond
  • Passion to exceed sales targets
  • Work well under pressure
  • Capable of taking responsibility for your personal and store results
  • Flexibility to work a rotational weekend roster including late night trade
  • Desire to establish a long term career
What Your Day Will Involve
  • Leading your team to provide an exceptional customer experience in-store
  • Meeting sales and KPI budgets through balancing both customer service and administrative duties
  • Organising and maintaining large volumes of stock, with a high visual merchandise appeal
  • Preparing and managing staff rosters in-line with sales achievement
  • Stock and expense control management
