Looking for an experienced Social Media & PR Manager. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the brands Social Media strategy. This includes, using updated and relevant social media platforms to market new product and create brand awareness, using influencer + social media marketing to increase sales, while also improving overall marketing efforts.

  • Drive social media strategy & execution across various social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Youtube, Pinterest and other relevant channels.
  • Writing engaging copy for social assets that's always evolving and on-brand.
  • Keep up with latest trends and be the first to jump on a viral trend and make it on-brand.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan/forecast strategic social media calendar that is in line with current sales/ pr and overall marketing strategy.
  • Proactively drive ideas and opportunities to build the brand through social media and influencer initiatives and activations. Negotiate and close deals with influencers of all scales to achieve intended objectives and KPIs.
  • Run weekly social media reports, to gather information around social media stats (including revenue and content performance) and identify opportunities.
  • Brainstorming creative social initiatives to best support the budgets forecasted, then also executing these.
  • Closely monitor daily and weekly sales and compare to forecasted budgets.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and identifying opportunities from these.
  • Highlight brand opportunities for PR activations and be able to manage an external PR company.
  • The ability to align external creatives/ brands for future collaborations and manage the process.
  • Previous experience in Fashion or Beauty within the retail space in a social media role
  • Ability to manage scheduling programs and address important changes out of office hours.
  • Ability to use Photoshop and Indesign (preferable)
  • You are able to work independently but also thrive in a team environment.
  • Existing strong relationships with influencers/ agencies and key figures in the industry
  • You understand that social media success is dependent on measurement & analysis of data, so you appreciate the value of a good spreadsheet as much as an Instagram filter.
  • You have experience in social media reporting and understand key drivers for growth and engagement on each channel and how this translates to sales and ROI.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally – both written and verbal
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and effectively
  • Highly motivated self-starer
  • Keen sense of awareness regarding industry trends, competition and new technologies
  • You are collaborative and understand greater business objectives and how to apply to social media.
