An opportunity has become available to join our fast-paced Online team as an Online Customer Service Administrator.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a previous customer service experience or online dispatch role, demonstrate initiative and energetic, can do, hands on approach. The role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and basic computer skills. Experience in an apparel environment, is an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Manage, participate and managing of daily online tasks and job targets
• Ensure customer satisfaction standards are being met personally
• Provide customer service over the phone and internet and ensure customer complaints and returns are handled professionally and in accordance with policy & procedure
• Picking, packing, labelling and checking online orders for dispatch (as necessary)
• Provide support in relation to online orders and stock deliveries
• Data entry
• Maintaining the cleanliness, organisation and safety of the online office area
• Perform ad-hoc duties as requested

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST HAVE:
• A high level of enthusiasm and energy
• Good clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills
