Inspiring Vacations is looking for a Customer Service superstar who is ready to begin their travel career. You’ll join our Customer Service team in Melbourne as a Travel Specialist and be fully supported by a dedicated Team Leader, experienced Consultants and travel experts in their field.
 
The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills with a good foundation of travel knowledge. You will have excellent communication skills, take pride in your own professional development, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. The ability to manage a high volume of bookings in a fast-paced online environment is key. 
 
As a dedicated Travel Specialist your key responsibilities will include:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service 
  • Provide exceptional communication 
  • Manage high volumes of pre and post booking enquiries via email, phone and online chat
  • Professionally and efficiently assist customers to process their end-to-end travel booking
  • Liaise with suppliers with regards to customer enquiries, bookings and resolving issues
  • Effectively resolve customer feedback and complaints
 
What you’ll need to join our leading Travel Specialist team:
  • Customer service experience 
  • Travel industry knowledge and experience is highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service 
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly in an online environment

  • Ability to resolve customer complaints
