Event Coordinator - Registration

The Company:

Our client is an inspiring boutique creative agency based in South Sydney that pride themselves on creating amazing experience events. Working within a small agency team, everyone bands together and the company has a great family feel. 

The Role:

The Event Coordinator - Registration reports into the Managing Director but will work with a Events Manager and Producer and will assist with managing all the registrations and travel for a client conference in 2022. This role will be the liaison between the client, travel provider and the agency this role will manage all the registrations and delegates.  

Key responsibilities will include:

• Registration management
• Delegate management
• Administration duties 
• Registration preparation
• Concierge duties
• Managing the travel team (external supplier) 
• Cross checking transfer details and ensuring deadlines are met  
• Website management 
• Onsite coordination of all registrations   

The Candidate: 

With a key focus on attention to detail, the right candidate will be an expert in registrations with EventsAIR experience.  

• Registration experience is a a must for this role as well extensive experience with EventsAIR
• Excellent communication, presentation and strategic time management skills 
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results driven
• Sound judgment and decision making
• Flexible and adaptable to work outside of core hours
