This Global business located in South West Sydney is renowned leader in their respective industry with a brand that is recognised around the globe.
They are currently recruiting for an intuitive individual to join the business as a Contracts Specialist and provide support to the company’s Senior, Branch and Account Management personnel through the timely and accurate collection, collation, analysis and dissemination of contract information.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure the protection of business revenue stream, profitability and reputation by ensuring no adverse legal claims are made against associated contracts advised upon
  • Facilitate and provide advisory support to all Management and staff as the main source of contact for all contractual matters
  • Ensure the construction, operation and conclusion of each contract is addressed and actioned in a matter consistent with the “Responsibility and Authority Schedule” and the “Confidential and Secrecy Policy” as to reduce company risk and maximise profitability
  • Ensure all stakeholders receive accurate and timely reporting through the sharing of pertinent business information regarding the contract lifecycle
  • Development, implementation and maintenance of robust reporting tools for contract information
Key Requirements:
  • Product knowledge of OTR (off the road tyre) and related products and services
  • Working knowledge of B2B contract Terms and Conditions
  • Tertiary qualification in Legal, Commercial, Business, Marketing/Sales disciplines
  • Proven experience working in a similar business environment or related industry
  • Resilient nature with ability to remain calm under pressure and deadlines
  • Effective and open communication and negotiation style (written and verbal)
  • Ability to analyse data to provide recommendations for reliable business decisions and practical improvements/solutions
  • High attention to detail and focus with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively and juggle multiple duties and tasks at any one time
