Our start-up CBD Based client is focused on creating more opportunity, adding value and representing the market with an e-Com service from which specialist practitioners across Australia can benefit.

As they are in a period of major growth, they are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager to assist the business with growing their teams with high calibre staff.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a fast paced and collaborative team.

Requirements:
• End to end recruitment of Corporate Head Office role (focusing on Developer roles)
• Internal communication with hiring managers, strategically sourcing information to build a talent profile and begin sourcing candidates
• Meeting with candidates for interview – building behavioural based interview questions specific to the role
• Completing pre-employment checks such as references and organising medical testing
Ensuring processes are followed and recruitment documentation is completed

Key Criteria:
• Work autonomously as well as within a team environment, juggling competing priorities and demonstrating strong organisational skills
• Ideally have 5 + years’ experience in managing white collar recruitment across technical and IT disciplines
• Experience utilising recruitment software and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn
• Proven ability to influence and provide advice to hiring managers and candidates
• A positive attitude and a good sense of humour!
