As a Personal Care Worker with Bolton Clarke, you will deliver support to your clients living in the community within the Rockhampton & Yeppoon areas. The services you provide promote their independence, enhance their quality of life and empower them to remain in their homes.
‘A day in the life’ :
You’ll spend your time on the road completing your scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes as well as providing the support outlined in their care plan. You will also:
  • Provide in home services such as personal care, daily living activities including showering, personal hygiene, food preparation and domestic cleaning
  • Support your clients to participate in recreational and social activities
  • Transporting and assistance with shopping and appointments
About You
You are well organised and driven to improve the quality of life for your clients. You are able to work independently to achieve your daily plan and able to prioritise and adapt to changes within your week. You will also have:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability
  • Current First Aid & CPR or willingness to obtain
  • QLD Drivers Licence, registered and comprehensively insure motor vehicle
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • Up to date Flu Vaccination will be required
