Personal Care Worker - Toowoomba - Aged Care

We are looking for Personal Care Workers to join our team to provide individual, flexible, & customer focused support for our Residents in Toowoomba.

Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our residents to ensure they are supported with services and activities that are centered around their needs, interests, abilities and choices. This includes:
  • Personal Care
  • Assistance with Meals
  • Social support and engagement with leisure and lifestyle programs
  • General cleaning assistance
You must be willing to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts across Monday-Sunday.

What do we need from you?
  • Qualification in Aged Care/Community Care, Disability or Individual Support
  • Experience in Aged Care or similar field
  • Availability to work various shifts across various days
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • A pre-employment medical assessment may be required for this role.
Nice to have:
  • CHCCS305C – Assist clients with medication or willing to obtain
  • A current First Aid (HLTAID003) & CPR certificate (HLTAID001)
