We have an exciting role for a Site Screening and Visitor Management Worker to join our team at Darlington

  • $22.87 per hour plus super + guaranteed hours
  • Provide single point entry screening and concierge services
  • Located at Banora Point, NSW
This important role will provide single point entry screening and concierge services for each incoming visitor, staff member and contractor to our Darlington Residential Aged Care facility in Banora Point, NSW, and will help towards keeping our staff and residents safe and our facility COVID19 free.

This role will be offered initially on a 3 month contract. Shifts are from 5:30am until 4:30pm, some weekend work is required. 

Working under the direction of the Residential Manager, this role will:
  • Greet visitors, staff and contractors and ask them a list of pre-defined screening questions which identify potential signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Attend a temperature check for visitors, staff and contractors who pass the screening questions.
  • Escort visitors around the site and providing general education on current social distancing regulations, hand hygiene and coughing etiquette.
  • Advise visitors, staff and contractors who do not pass the screening process of next steps and safeguards.
  • Record captured screening information and manage office systems and escalate any identified potential COVID-19 risks to the relevant Site Manager or Screening Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the visitor management lifecycle including booking visits both in person, over the phone and via an online app.
You will be a resilient and adaptive individual who will be able to demonstrate strong leadership, communication and people management skills. Furthermore, you will have: 
  • Strong customer service experience demonstrating excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated administration skills, knowledge and experience
  • Sound communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience working in hospitality, community or aged care is highly desirable
All employees may be required to attend a Residential Aged Care facility as part of their role.  From 1 May 2020 this means that employees must be vaccinated against influenza or complete the Bolton Clarke intention to get the Influenza vaccination prior to commencement.
