About the Role 

As a Registered Nurse, working in At Home Support, your initiative, ability to deliver client-focused outcomes, and genuine empathy for senior citizens will ensure your success in this role. This position will cover Milton and surrounds and is full time.

The successful candidate will:
  • Promote and deliver a holistic approach to care, focusing on the needs and rights of customers
  • Provide comprehensive, safe and effective evidence-based care to achieve identified individual health outcomes
  • Participate in action research and policy development
  • Contribute to clinical governance and quality management across Bolton Clarke policies, procedures and systems
You will also be a caring leader who provides support, direction and education to newer or less experienced staff including ENs and PCWs.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
  • Excellent documentation skills and computer literate
  • Experience in wound care
  • Evidence of Australian work rights
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Demonstrated experience in a community nursing role
  • Reliable registered motor vehicle capable of transporting senior clients 
  • Comprehensive car insurance
  • A satisfactory National Police check obtained within the past 3 years
  • A pre-employment medical assessment may be required for this role
