About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse Specialised (Care Manager) to join the team at Bolton Clarke in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne full time.

The purpose of this role is to promote and provide quality service to clients, act as a resource person and manage staff through clinical activities.

This is a full time permanent opportunity and will involve traveling to client’s homes within the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.

What do we need from you?

  • Sound clinical knowledge and experience in client care
  • An innovative and dynamic approach to the provision of care
  • Well-developed problem solving skills particularly when dealing with complex care scenario’s
  • Effective persuasion and influencing skills
  • Ability to employ an education and development approach when assisting employees
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to contribute to and, work as part of a dynamic team in addition to operating independently
  • A pre-employment medical assessment may be required for this role
