We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead and develop process improvements!

Based in our Head Office in Kelvin Grove, we are searching for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our busy team on a 12 month fixed term contract with possible extension.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the development of business requirements, business process improvement and process mapping.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include.
  • Identify, define and document business functions, system interactions, processes and people to implement solutions that improve effectiveness and efficiencies across Bolton Clarke.
  • Establish and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures and input and output requirements.
  • Support business readiness and change management to identify transition requirements and enable the business to realise project benefits.
  • Develop and formulate a scope and plan for business analyst activities to deliver assigned projects on time and to the agreed standard.
  • Undertake other tasks as agreed with the Senior Project Manager.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as a senior business analyst on finance system implementation projects, preferably including Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
  • A pragmatic ‘can do’ approach to meeting time and quality requirements in a commercial and challenging business environment.
  • Extensive experience in successfully developing and delivering presentations and facilitating workshops to all levels of staff within an organisation.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with an ability to engage and influence both business and technical people.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, mentor and assist less senior staff.

Highly Desirable

  • In-depth understanding of the Aged Care industry and Consumer Directed Care.
  • Extensive knowledge of the legislative and regulatory environment for the Aged Care industry.
