Lead a contact centre team as part of the Tasmanian Community Care Referral Service Program based in our offices in Hobart. Part Time contract role.

Based in our offices in Hobart, we are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader as part of our Tasmanian Community Care Referral Service Program.

Your new role will see you oversee a safe reliable telephone based single point of access of referrals for Bolton Clarke, and to ensure that the telephone based clinical triage provided is within best practice guidelines underpinned by the Nursing and Midwifery Telehealth consortia.
  
As part of your new role, you will:
  • Act as the front-line subject matter & process expert resource
  • Monitor service demands, service quality and service performance to ensure service levels are met on a daily basis
  • Ensure your team identify client needs and that the DH Tasmania referral process and the recommended advice are delivered in the appropriate timeframes
  • Ensure client record activities comply and are in accordance with Bolton Clarke policies and procedures
  • Coach and mentor contact centre team through timely feedback and clearly defined expectations including one on one training in consultation with the management team
  
About you
  
You will ideally possess significant experience and services knowledge relevant to the healthcare sector and your ability to support staff to achieve a high level of customer service will see you work well in this role. You will also bring your strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to the role with the ability to provide and negotiate effective and efficient courses of action to customer requirements. A background in Allied Health and/or experience in the Tasmanian health industry would be highly advantageous.
