We are searching for an enthusiastic NewAccess Coach. Based in Central & Eastern Sydney.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team of Coaches who will provide evidence based coaching services to people with mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety.  No experience is necessary and full training will be provided for this position.

The Person We Are Seeking
  • Is confident and comfortable with coaching and presenting and promoting the program in order to grow awareness of the program in the Aged Care Sector.
  • Is a logical thinker, a concise communicator and empathic in nature.
  • Have capacity for accurate data entry and use of Microsoft Office and other programs
  • Be willing to undergo a Police Check.

About The Role And Program

This full time contract role forms part of the Mental Health team and will be providing NewAccess coaching services to residents of Aged Care Facilities throughout the Central and Eastern Sydney area as well as the general population. The NewAccess program was developed by BeyondBlue and delivered by Bolton Clarke within the Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network region.

In addition to the provision of coaching services to people with mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression, NewAccess coaches responsibilities include, stepping clients up into more acute services as appropriate , signposting clients to other services and program, accurately and timely updating notes in the clinical data base and supporting promotion of the service to the Aged Care Sector.
