About the Role

An exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity has become available for an Accounts Payable  Officer working in our Accounts Payable team based in our Kelvin Grove office.

The role is a full-function Accounts Payable role which includes invoices processing, payment runs, vendor maintenance, vendor queries, statement reconciliations, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders and other tasks as allocated by the Accounts Payable Team Leader. 

We would love to hear from you if you have:
  • Accounts Payable experience
  •  Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • The ability to problem solve, use initiative and be highly autonomous
  • Proven ability in process improvement, with a focus on process efficiency
  • The ability to multi-task while keeping priorities clearly in mind
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using D365, Tech 1 or Microsoft Dynamics AX would be looked upon favourably.
