One of Australia’s leading suppliers to the kitchen industry is looking for a highly proactive and polished Technical Support Manager to work closely with stonemasons, kitchen manufacturers, cabinet makers and consumers.  You are the custodian of quality control, technical training and safety for the business.

Responsibilities
  • Staff stonemason - merging technical support, company representative role and safety
  • Backend support, trouble shooting and working with customers to make sure quality assurance is at the top of mind in all instances - in other words "make the product right the first time"
  • Supporting customers and suppliers with QA role and technical support
  • Educate and train customers, installers and fabricators, and ensure  new stonemasons can understand the paperwork, systems and backend estimating
  • Inspections and making sure customers and suppliers adhere to QA standards and safety protocols

You bring the following skills and attributes
  • Articulate and strong communication skills
  • Technical experience and know-how
  • Good PC skills are required
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills when dealing with warranty inspections and networking with third-party businesses
  • Well presented and personable
  • Communicate effectively with a wide variety of customer groups such as consumers, trades, builders, fabricators, cabinet makers, kitchen manufactures and represent your employer with poise and charm
