WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are on a mission to find an exceptional Store Manager to help lead our dynamic teams at Shoes & Sox Macquarie and Shoes & Sox Myer Macquarie (retail concession)!

This opportunity is full-time (38 hours) with a Tuesday - Saturday roster. 
 
 As the Co-Site Store Manager you'll...
  • Lead, coach & motivate your teams
  • Provide customers with a unique store experience, personalising each shoe-fitting service!
  • Promote our products and maintain our excellent service standards 
  • Use your initiative & break the boundaries… develop ideas to help increase sales and profitability
  • Recruit, select and train like minded team members
  • Maintain visual merchandising, stock control, stock takes and loss prevention
  • Roster for success
  • Report on store performance to peers & senior management.
 Who you are & what you've done…
  • You have previous Store Management experience (footwear industry is advantageous, though not essential)
  • You know how to get the best out of your people & are competent in rostering, merchandising & driving KPI's
  • You have strong communication and organisational skills
  • You have a passion for customer service and working with children
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Clarks Fitting Specialist Accreditation.
 *Staff are required to work at least one day each weekend*
