We’re looking for an enthusiastic Allocation Analyst to drive brand equity and profitable growth for our very own Superdry retail network! We’re looking for someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude who likes to juggle multiple tasks and who has a strong interest in retail. Your excellent customer service skills and ability to understand and deliver requirements will be well utilised in this role.

This role is responsible for ensuring we have the right stock, in the right quantities, in the right store at the right time. This role will work closely with the Merchandise Planner to manage stock consolidation processes between stores, liaise with various stakeholders to coordinate stock deliveries and executing daily stock movements via model stock reports. This is a hands-on role and is perfect for someone with a hunger to enhance their career in an exciting time of growth and development for this brand.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage overall stock levels, ensuring stock is allocated correctly according to store profiles
  • Coordination and management of stock allocations to stores focusing on key ranges and promotional activities
  • Weekly reporting and analysing of data
  • Ensuring systems integrity through information management and data reporting
  • Liaise with the warehouse to coordinate and report on stock deliveries
  • Work directly with the stores and store teams to understand and assist in the management of their inventory requirements
  • Data entry and general administration
  • Assisting the planning team with ad hoc tasks
The successful candidate will have:
  • Exposure / experience in merchandising or planning
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate – Advance excel skills
  • Exceptional time management
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective working relationships
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing work environment
  • Attention to detail, can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly
