Finance and Admin Assistant (Project Based)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Cash auditing
  • Vehicle Invoicing
  • Process daily traffic fines spreadsheet and charge fees appropriately
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Prepare funds spreadsheet daily for processing
  • Debtor follow up and collection
  • Complete any tasks effectively and in a timely manner and ask or advise the manager if you are unsure of how to perform the task
  • Provide backup for other admin job functions as required
  • Perform project tasks as and when required
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Certificate or Diploma level education in Business or Accounting
  • At least 6 to 12 months of experience in handling Admin, Data Entry and basic Financial tasks
  • Demonstrable systems abilities and a high level of computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office – Excel and Outlook
  • High attention to detail
  • Good numerical and clerical abilities
  • Good internal and external customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks
  • Exposure in Accounting systems and processes especially MYOB would be an advantage
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
