Sales Admin Support (Outbound Sales Experience) - Day Shift Schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Database management and cleansing
  • Outbound calls to database / conduct buyer surveys
  • Research market information and compile data for agents
  • Diary Management for sales agents
  • Format property profile in portals
  • Preparation of vendor reports
  • Draft appraisals and property pre-occupation forms
  • Create Listing packs and Appraisal packs for agents
  • Import files from portal to another online tool
  • Manage multiple software applications
  • Inspection management
  • Sign ordering and take down log
Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 1 year of outbound sales experience 
  • Knowledge in database management and cleansing 
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and previous CRM management experience
  • Ability to adapt to new software and applications
  • Ability to work to an ideal week and prioritize urgent tasks
  • Ability to reach targets and maintain consistency in KPI’s set
  • Can handle rejection and difficult customers/ good conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Able to quickly think of alternatives in a situation
  • Good attitude and excellent work ethic
  • You'll be proactive, have excellent perception to 'think in advance' with the ability to 'get things done' in a timely manner
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
