Conveyancing Admin Assistant / Legal Assistant - Australian BPO

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and emails and redirect to the appropriate staff
  • Assist with blogs
  • Maintain and update CRM
  • Data entry and generation of reports
  • Diary, email, and appointment management
  • Organize and maintain files in a confidential manner
  • Prepare emails, contracts, letters and legal documents
  • Review, check and audit documents
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, agents and other stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in MS Office 365 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must have great attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task
  • Has good research abilities
  • Good with numbers
  • Strong and mature individual
  • People type of person and self-motivated 
  • Marketing and Sales background would be nice to have
  • Preferably with background in conveyancing
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
