Accounts Administrator


We are looking for an Accounts Administrator with previous experience in a similar role and good Admin background.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Entry
  • Data entry into CRM against marketing budget
  • Coding of invoices
  • Cross checking invoices against data in CRM
  • Weekly listing/marketing reports
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree qualified in Accounts related field (not essential)
  • Experience in working as a Virtual Assistant (either solely or part of a team) in Administration tasks
  • Great Administrator with high attention to detail and interest in learning
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience in either/both MyDesktop and Xero Accounting Software is a plus
  • Previous matching payments experience
  • Honest, reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work independently as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to new software and administrative tasks effectively
  • Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility
  • Able to manage time and prioritize workload according to business requirements
  • Real Estate Sales Admin experience desirable but not required
  • Experience in either/both MyDesktop and Xero Accounting Software is a plus
