The role
We’re on the hunt for a Media Trader. The ideal person will love working with media suppliers, negotiating across offline media and managing campaign workflow. You might be currently working at a media agency and looking for a new challenge or possibly in media sales… We’re all about creating opportunities for our clients and exceeding expectations, in this role you will be given the opportunity to implement and deliver best in class results across your allocated clients.
You will be responsible for delivering best in class investment outcomes across a diverse portfolio of brands, while helping share your market knowledge across the wider media team.

Key responsibilities includes:
  • Negotiating and implementing all offline media across your allocated portfolio
  • Responsible for the delivery of all core campaign objectives and any allocated administration or reporting tasks
  • Growing and maintaining relationships across all our media partners
  • Collaborating with a wide variety of teams across the agency
  • Media market awareness to inform and assist both the investment team and wider business management teams
  • Training and mentoring junior team members and your direct report
You’ll need to have:
  • Good buying, planning or media sales experience, with a minimum of 1+ years’ experience
  • Good networker, building strong and trusting relationships both internally and externally
  • A sound knowledge of TVMAP, Arianna, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, able to seek out opportunities
  • Team player with a hunger to continue learning and developing
  • Detail orientated, highly accurate with numbers
  • Process and detail orientated, able to comfortably juggle a range of tasks and projects
  • Positive, friendly, no w@*ker attitude – able to cope well with pressure, equally able to have a laugh
