The job
We’re a fully integrated agency across two office locations – Welly and Auckland – so you’ll need to bring your collaboration game. You’ll also need to have great leadership skills as we need someone who can guide, empower and support a team. A passion for making New Zealand a better place wouldn’t go amiss either, as we pride ourselves in being the world’s number one advertising agency for Government work (as measured by the Effectiveness Index, 2018).
  
Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll have the full support of the Wellington and Auckland teams to deliver an integrated service to our clients across strategy, advertising, digital, media, PR, social media and community engagement.

Your business know-how and strategic thinking will be fundamental to your success in this role, together with your ability to switch focus between long-term strategic outcomes and day-to-day implementation.  You’ll need to be confident with managing clients and taking the lead on key projects, providing insight to help shape our clients’ long term strategies.
