You'll manage hardship applications in our Consumer portfolios

Is this your next role? 
  
Due to an internal career move, a role has become available in our Hardships team. You’ll manage hardship applications in our Consumer portfolios. You’ll be liaising directly with clients to discuss and process their applications.

While this will be your home role, you’ll start off in a Covid Remediation secondment until August 2020 then return to your role as Hardship Consultant.

Does this sound like you?
  
You’re have lots of lending hardship experience. You enjoy helping people and you’re able to manage tough conversations in a kind way. You’re keen to help your team out, you can handle being in an evolving work environment and you’re known for being great to work with.

With strong communication skills, you’re a pro at:
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Lending hardship knowledge
  • 3 years New Zealand based credit control/lending experience in either the banking or finance company sector
  • Two years NZ finance company credit control experience
  • A recent working knowledge of Credit, Privacy and CCCFA legislation and regulations
