Kia ora! We’re looking for a new Reverse Mortgage Consultant to join our NZ Reverse Mortgage team based in Auckland.  

Is this your next role? 

As a Reverse Mortgage Consultant, you’ll work with new customers to help grow our Reverse Mortgage business. You’ll provide exceptional customer service to both existing and new Reverse Mortgage customers. You’ll be primarily on the phone educating our customers about Reverse Mortgages and how it may suit their needs in their retirement and guiding them through each stage of the process.

This role is contact centre based and is customer focused, with compliance obligations, and some administrative requirements. You’ll also prepare loan submissions and assesses applications.
