This role is all about planning and executing on UX initiatives and translating insights into exceptional user experiences.
  
You’ll:
  • Work with product, design and development teams through planning and execution phases to ensure UX has been considered at all stages
  • Plan, conduct and document outputs of UX workshops
  • Work with the CX team to incorporate insights from customer feedback into UX strategy and design
  • Work iteratively with designers and develops to ensure execution of UX design strategy
  • Produce wireframes, translate these into functional prototypes and use them to gain feedback on products
  • Plan, execute and report on findings from A/B tests

You’re a pro with:
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a UX role creating customer focussed solutions
  • Experience using design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Axure, Adobe XD and Invision
  • Ability to interpret research data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Up to date knowledge of UX design trends and best practices
  • Experience facilitating workshops and ideation sessions
  • Experience in planning, facilitating and documenting usability testing sessions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to meet ambitious deadlines and work under pressure in a buzzing environment
You’ll likely have:
  • Experience working with Agile teams
  • Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar
