The Timber Supervisor will support the day to day operations of Kurrajong Timber by providing direction, support and training to our supported staff

Kurrajong Timber has a full-time opportunity for a Timber Supervisor to join our team. The Timber Supervisor role will work for thirty-eight (38) hours per week from Monday - Friday.
Are you looking for a manufacturing position which positively impacts the community? Can you lead by example to inspire our workforce to operate in an effective and safe manner?

The successful applicant will work closely with our supported workforce and various other stakeholders, to:
  • Assist in the day to day supervision of our employees with a focus on actively encouraging, providing feedback, training and offering support.
  • Develop employee awareness of Standard Operating Procedures and safety standards. Direct and monitor that such procedures are followed by all people accessing the worksite.
  • Identify suitable maintenance required to upkeep plant resources in a safe and functioning manner.
