This role is a new role with the Venntifact family and it came about from a new marketing strategy that will see events becoming more influencial to our 3 core areas of business; consulting, learning and talent.
  
Whilst we set up the events strategy, this role will involve some office management to help us with general admin however, it’s an opportunity to become an integral part of the Venntifact story, right from ground zero and to build nationwide events. This means you will have the opportunity to be a part of strategic events discussions and you will have a voice in terms of offering your opinion on the content and the way these are executed.
  
To be successful in this role you will need to be a self-starter, someone who can take direction and run with it to offer insightful solutions to our events roadmap. You will be a bubbly, can do attitude, someone who isn’t shy or afraid to attend events out of hours and conduct themselves in a professional, yet warm manner to a host of different people. You will be adaptable and most of all, willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!
  
Primary Responsibilities
  
  • Plan, execute and manage internal events
  • Take ownership for Senior Leadership travel and Accomodation bookings
  • Work with HR on people wellbeing ,culture and productivity intiatives
  • Work with Senior Leadership on coordinating Partner/Vendor joint events such as dinners, sales lead generation events across Sydney and Brisbane
  • Manage a Social Media “voice” and use strategically from a Talent perspective
  • Support Brisbane and Sydney office needs
  • Manage office and Senior Leadership expenses on a needs basis
  • Meeting Room prep and food catering (on a needs basis)
  • Other general office duties

Skills and Experience Guidelines


Essential:
  • Proven track record in multi-tasking.
  • Experience in a corporate and/or meet-up style event environment.
  • Able to articulately describe occasions where you have been solution orientated.
  • Experience with Microsoft office applications
  
Desirable:
  • Any experience organising an extra-curricular activity such as a sports team or community-based activity.
  • Experience with Microsoft office applications
  • Experience using events management tools such as Eventbrite
