POSITION
  
The position of Channel Manager has been created due to growth and will initially be responsible for marketing and selling a key townhouse development on Brisbane’s Southside. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with external real estate agents, active buyers and also potential buyers who are looking to add a property investment to their portfolio.  
  • Dynamic role as no two days are ever the same!
  • Benefit from being the exclusive agent for the development and control of the sales process.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and marketing agencies to ensure campaigns are on point and attractive to buyers.
  • Great base salary + super + uncapped commission + BONUSES $$  
PERSON
  
The ideal person for this position is someone who is passionate not only about real estate but someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys kicking goals for their investors and building long term relationships that are win-win for all parties. To be a success in this role ideally have experience working as a Channel Manager, selling developments, have an existing database of buyers and relationships with real estate agents across Brisbane.
  • Ideally, 3 years + experience working as a Channel Manager for a property developer.
  • Passion for the real estate industry and commitment to furthering your career.
  • Ability to communicate written and verbally in Mandarin to Chinese investors.
