You will be in charge of all Information Technology Help Desk in all the branches globally except Japan.
- To be the person to make sure all communications in terms of technology like website, emails, all applications being used in the operations are functioning properly without delay.
- To manage a "Help Desk" located in all branches
- To design, deploy and evaluate all information technology vendors and monitor its performance
- To initiate , recommends justify and technology upgrade and system upgrade
- Develop and coordinate annul disaster control technology
- Willing to travel to different locations o perform troubleshooting or system upgrade recommendations.
- Knowledge of all technology security products and applications including security fire wall, voice and Video communication applications, Office 365 and windows.
