Part-time administrator required for a 4-6 week period to support an established not-for-profit organisation.

The Organisation

Established not-for-profit organisation based in Melbourne. Each year this reputable NGO offers support services to individuals experiencing particular disadvantage. 

The Role
  
Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration support to a small team. This position is available for two days per/week for a 4-6 week period. 

Your specific responsibilities include:
  • Generalist admin support
  • Reception Cover
  • Assistance to the Director 
  • Liaising with Donors over the phone 
  • Filing and data entry 
  • Setting up new users 
  • Updating and maintaining information in the database.
Skills Required
  
The ideal candidate will an immediately available to work on a part-time basis (2-days per/week). Additionally you will be an experienced administrator with a background working in a not-for-profit organisation. You will have clear communication skills and an ability to work autonomously. Please note, candidates who do not fill the following requirement will not be reviewed on this occasion.
