The Organisation

Our client is a reputable Victorian based Union based in Melbourne's South-Eastern Suburbs. 

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be a skilled Finance Officer  responsible for providing financial and administrative support to a medium-sized team. 

Your responsibilities in this 3-week temporary role will include;
  • Utilising the accounting software 'Attache'
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
  • PAYG/BAS lodgement and payment 
  • Producing reports for Managers and the Board
  • Preparation of monthly financials including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and debtors
About you
  • You are immediately available to work for a 3-week period 
  • You are experienced using the accounts software 'Attache' 
  • Circa 4+ year's experience in a similar position
  • Excellent working knowledge of MYOB and Excel
  • Qualification in Business or Finance
