The Organisation

Our client is an NDIS specialist provider committed to delivering tailored  customer service based in Melbourne's Westerns suburbs.

The Role

Reporting into the People & Culture Business Manager, you will play a lead role in delivering P&C operations within a growing and changing environment.

As the successful candidate, you should expect to be positively challenged throughout this 2-3 month contract. Your responsibilities will include;
  • Coordinate all aspects of recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Provide accurate and decisive advice to Managers in relation to a range of P&C matters
  • Liaise with external employment vendors
  • Lead employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Provide mentoring where required
  • Provide hands on support to a small People & Culture team 
  • Looking after Industrial Relations Matters.
Skills Required

This role would suit a qualified People & Culture Business Partner who is seeking contract work within the not-for-profit sector.  

Specific skills, experience and qualifications required include:
  • Ability and desire to see your contract through to the end
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources
  • Circa 4+ years' experience in a similar role with exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations and business partnering
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with proven ability to influence and mediate 
  • Experience working in the not-for-profit sector
  • Willingness to undertake a Police Check and WWC. 
  • Current unrestricted drivers licence
  • Ability to travel state-wide.
