About the role
Mainstream Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our Unit Registry Quality Assurance Team. Reporting to the Team Leader. This role will be responsible for providing high standard of administrative support to enable the Quality Assurance team to work within a framework of continual Quality Improvement.

Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Conduct Quality Assurance across all functions of the processing team and compliance with various controls.
  • Review payments on various banking and custody platforms
  • Review reconciliations in a timely manner
  • Ensure appropriate controls and monitoring are in place to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all Service Levels agreed
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Monitor daily, monthly and periodic deliverables
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring of other team members
  • First point of contact for internal and external client enquiries
  • Other ad hoc duties are required
About you
This role will suit an experienced quality assurance professional with at least 2 exposure with a minimum of 6 months in a similar role. You will need experience in working with clients and delivering to their deadlines with strong attention to detail. You should have a passion for mentoring others and be a highly organised individual. A strong passion for further developing your career and technical knowledge is a must. You will be someone who learns quickly and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
