The Role
As a result of ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join Brennan IT to develop new business opportunities within the Sydney market across our ICT service offerings.

Within Brennan IT we operate across IT services, Voice and Data, Telephony, Hardware Procurement and Software Development. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will prospect opportunities across all service categories and develop a strong trusted advisor relationship with the clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell new business solutions that will support the customers business goals
  • Sell solutions across all of our service offerings including Managed Services, Project and Professional Services, Security, Network, Communications and Cloud
  • Build an accurate and viable pipeline
  • Manage and grow new accounts
What experience you will bring to the team:
  • A minimum of 5 years sales ICT experience
  • A successful track record of achieving sales revenue targets
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex whole of business IT and Telecommunications solutions.
  • Consultative sales experience and approach
  • Demonstrated ability to position and present at a C-suite level
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the sales process and pipeline
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation, organisation, and time management
  • Strategic thinking with get-up-and-go attitude
  • A willingness to work and adapt to a fast growing & changing environment.
  • Self-sufficiency and a high degree of autonomy.
  • Ability to perform and work well under pressure
