Our client, a large national HR organization with massive growth plans in place is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Lead to join an existing team on a client facing role.

You'll be required to “dive right in” to set direction and structure to the current Service Desk environment that is undergoing enormous change due to rapid growth plans and recent capital investment.

Ideally, you’ll have demonstrated experience in

• A similar role
• Excellence in customer service
• Ticket management experience
• A proven understanding of infrastructure, applications and networks
• Structuring service SLA’s, KPI’s and service reporting
• 3rd party vendor management experience a big bonus
• Previous experience working in an MSP (desirable but not essential)
