3P Learning is a global educational technology company that inspires kids to love learning. Our products, led by our flagship product Mathletics, are fun, engaging, pedagogically sound and adored by teachers, parents and kids (over 5M of them!) all over the world.  

We are searching for individuals who are eager to apply their educational expertise to develop and sustain close working relationships with teachers, schools and districts. This position is a remote-based opportunity in the USA.

Our Educational Account Manager is integral in providing on-going implementation and support to ensure educators can maximize their use of 3P’s products to enhance their instructional process and drive student growth. You pro-actively manage the customer life-cycle process by providing training and utilization support, building capacity and maintaining loyalty.
 
Our Educational Account Manager makes a difference if they:
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to develop new and innovative ways to implement and support our customers.
  • You partner with educators to leverage data to evaluate program success, identify areas for targeted intervention and drive continued engagement with our products.
  • Ensure administrative tasks and on-going communication are timely and accurate.
  • Actively target and take advantage of all growth opportunities to achieve district goals.
Ideally you will have:
  • Strong listening and discovery skills to gain a strategic understanding and connection to our clients needs and challenges.
  • Competency in identifying and selling value-based opportunities for school and district partnerships.
  • Passion for contributing to a team that together drives change in education. 
  • Previous Key Account Management experience in a K-12 Saas organization is an asset.
