You will be working with new customer acquisitions, market expansion and renewal sales for Volume Accounts within an assigned geographical Territory.

We have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Pod.  As one of our Representatives, you will be working with new customer acquisitions, market expansion and renewal sales for Volume Accounts within an assigned geographical Territory.  You will be proactively responsible for lead management including outbound calls with a timely follow-up.  You will also focus on quote creation and order administration for school by school transactional sales and ensure renewals capture and client retention. 
  
Ideally you will have:
  • 1-3 years inside sales success, ideally achieved in a SaaS company or within the K-12 Education sector.
  • An understanding of and focus on key metrics that result in transactional sales strategies.
  • Attention to detail and a process driven mindset.
  • Strong technical and systems knowledge with a working knowledge of Sales tools such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with strong problem-solving skills.
  • An ability to support a hybrid focus on market expansion and client success by driving increase utilisation and retention.
  • A desire to learn and a willingness to adapt.
Ideally you will be:
  • Transactionally focused with a clear understanding of the needs and challenges of teachers in the K-12 sector.
  • Highly organised and process driven with a sales achievement focus.
  • Able to transition leads to orders or renewals in a time effective manner.
  • Effective with inside telephone and email sales approach.
  • Client-centric in approach.
  • Passionate about finding a career that makes a difference with a strong affinity for education
