THE ROLE...

Promote the use of Agile development within the organisation, including consulting support and operational teams, and assist in maturing our approach
Work with Senior Engineers, other Lead Engineers, and the Software Development Manager to design solutions and develop timelines
Take ownership of your squad's overall deliverables, be able to articulate the goals and directions of the squad, and work to improve efficiency and efficacy
Deliver resilient, extensible, supportable integrations solutions
Work with the squad to develop and deliver the architecture and future vision of our products
Learn and teach new technologies and skills as required
Ensure knowledge is captured and disseminated within the squad and across the organisation to aid others in supporting yourself and the squad

YOU...

Have a deep understanding of OO paradigm, SOLID principles, and design patterns
ASP.NET Core 3+, Angular 6+, Bootstrap, Angular Material, CSS3
Eventtreaming or message queues (NServiceBus, RabbitMQ, etc)
SQL and Entity Framework or Linq2DB
Deployed solutions on Cloud (AWS -pref. Fargate, Aurora/RDS, CloudFormation)
Have a deep understanding of the need for comprehensive automated testing
Have led SCRUM or Kanban teams
Exposure to Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment
Delivered publicly available systems with identity management.
Identity management and identity providers, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, PKCE flow
API lifecycle and management, and iPaaS platforms
Have built Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment systems, including package management and orchestration
Have worked with UI/UX specialists as part of developing solutions, and understand the need for your solutions to be accessible
Project management training or certifications
Training and experience in secure coding
Built transactional systems or systems of record which require the global entry and movement of data
