Calibre One is a growing company looking to expand our Direct Support team with a Systems Engineer, whose primary role is to provide ICT support to our current and future clients along with adding a higher level of technical ability to the team.

Job tasks and responsibilities
  • Provide excellent help desk & systems administration capabilities to our diverse client base.
  • Support and administer a varied array of technologies from hosted server infrastructure, to Microsoft 365, to next-gen firewalls.
  • Advancement of your skills by working with current and emerging Cloud Technologies & automation.
  • Some after hours & on-call rostering.

Skills and experience required:
  • 2+ years in systems administration or help desk support.
  • Hands on experience with the Microsoft product stack, including Windows 10, Microsoft 365, & Windows Servers.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting & problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication.

  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft Intune/EndPoint Manager
  • Fortigate NGFW
  • Cisco Certifications
