Key Account Manager (Pure Play)

Digital Account Management
  • Responsible for pure play account management (AOL and Amazon)
  • Responsible for the setup, execution, management and monitoring of online brand presence and activations 
  • Working closely with the Digital and Marketing Communications team to develop pure play advertising, search and social media campaigns
  • Ensuring that retail promotions are executed online to the timeline and budget across pure play customers
  • Ensuring that the premium Miele brand presence is delivered across pure play partner websites
  • Providing digital guidance and executional support for integrated marketing campaigns
  • Work to differentiate pure players through bespoke creative assets / promotional activations
  • Lead and manage online brand and product discussions and negotiations with pure play partners
  • Primary contact for all digital marketing / communications campaigns and content for pure play partners
  • Monitoring pure play marketing and co-op advertising spend to budget guidelines
  • Forecasting of pure play marketing spend including regular reviews


What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in business or marketing would be ideal
  • Knowledge of German language an advantage
  • 3 – 5 years of sales / account management experience
  • Pure play retail or related agency experience is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Google Analytics essential
  • Experience working with or in Tier 1 Retail brands
  • Team player, with experience as either a valued member of a large team / project
  • Experience managing SEM/SEO, eDM, Mobile and Display Advertising campaigns directly or through third party suppliers
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
