An exciting opportunity exists for passionate, motivated and enthusiastic Professional Service Technician to join the Miele NSW team in a permanentfull time capacity! 

Equipped with tools of trade provided by us, this crucial role involves getting out on the road in the red Miele van to visit our Professional customers for service calls. Our Technicians bring a wealth of technical skills to the table, and thrive on providing the best possible service to our customers. As a Professional Service Technician, you will be the face of the brand and will provide market-leading support to customers by carrying out installations, commissioning, scheduled maintenance and service repairs at the customer’s premises.

Job responsibilities will include:
  
  • Carrying out quality service repairs and maintenance at the customer's premises, and occasionally in our workshop
  • Adhoc travel to regional areas as required for repairs and maintenance work
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience at all times
  • Accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork and service invoices
  • Management of van stock
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in the field within company guidelines
  • Providing exceptional customer service!
  
Requirements of the role include:
  
  • Great attitude with a friendly, professional and positive demeanor
  • Relevant experience and minimum of a NSW disconnect/reconnect licence (full electrical licence would be a distinct advantage)
  • Current and valid full Australian driver's licence
  • Sound technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical fault finding through effective problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to squat, kneel and twist frequently
  • Ability to push and pull varying weights

  • Have a gas, refrigeration, appliance or white goods background (advantageous but not required as we provide extensive product training)
  • Be able to drive to varying locations within both metropolitan and regional New South Wales & ACT
