The MCCC is currently recruiting to fill a number of permanent Customer Support Consultant vacancies. If you are a customer service superstar ready to take on a permanent role focused on customer support and satisfaction, this could be the role for you! As a consultant in the MCCC, you will contribute significantly toward our overall success by:   
  • Being actively logged in and taking calls to ensure inbound calls are answered in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working to a high standard by meeting and exceeding set KPIs
  • Working with the team leaders to ensure favourable resolution for escalated issues
  • Providing product information, technical assistance, and basic systems support for internal and external customers
  • Developing ongoing dialogue with internal and external customers to obtain an understanding of their needs
  • Responding to customer email enquiries in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all orders are checked and confirmed prior to delivery
  • Ensuring all orders are maintained in line with Miele standards
  • Adhering to policies pertaining to returns and refunds
  • Assisting accounts department with account reconciliations
  • Participating in workplace projects when required
 To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Experience working with a wide range of customers in a service environment
  • Experience working to KPIs and strict deadlines
  • High level attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Previous contact centre experience is highly advantageous
MCCC temporary staff please note that you must have worked successfully as a temp with Miele for 6 months to be eligible for a permanent opportunity.
