My client is a household name and one of the largest FMCG companies in ANZ. Due to consistent growth and their desire to continuously improve they have recently implemented a new workforce management solution, and are currently looking for a Workforce Management Analyst to join their team.

As the successful Workforce Management Analyst you will be responsible for managing and developing productivity labour standards and measuring the impacts across the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop new labour standards
  • Undertake productivity analysis across the business
  • Help ensure productivity wage budgets match with labour standards 
  • Analyse data to support process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
  • Experience with Workforce Management, Labour Standards and Productivity budgets
  • Retail or FMCG experience
  • Reporting and analytical background
  • Experience with Workforce Management Systems (Kronos preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
