My client is a household name and one of the largest FMCG companies in ANZ. Due to consistent growth and their desire to continuously improve they are looking for a Productivity Analyst to join their team.

As the successful Productivity Analyst you will be responsible for developing and delivery operational and process excellence across the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of current process and operational standards
  • Development of fair labour productivity standards across the business
  • Identify process improvements and increase performance
Requirements:
  • Experience in productivity analysis 
  • Experience in MOST
  • Excellent communication and relationship building experience
  • Retail or FMCG experience 
  • Lean Six Sigma experience will be highly regarded
