Carry out Trust Administration for a law firm that specialises in trusts and estates. Work alongside an authority in this field to gain the best experience. Overall, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client trusts in accordance with best industry practice.
 
You will prepare and draft letters of engagement, trust deeds, deeds of variation and a range of other trust documents.  You will be involved in all aspects of trust administration including preparing annual trustee meeting agendas, maintenance of asset and liability schedules, reviewing annual accounts, preparing gifting documents, trust reviews and administration of corporate trustees.  Grow your knowledge exponentially under the direction of NZ’s leading expert.  
 
Experienced in a law firm you are either a Legal Executive with wide trust experience or a Junior to Intermediate Solicitor, perhaps experienced in another area, but keen to make your career in trusts. You have an exceptional manner with clients, solid drafting skills and naturally good attention to detail.  Accurate and fast you are unflappable and efficient under pressure.
