Your Exciting, New Role
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will report to the Department Manager. Your main responsibilities will include;
  • Liaising with clients in relation to tenancy issues;
  • Handling complaints;
  • Placating and supporting clients;
  • Following strict policies and procedures;
  • Performing administration duties;
  • Supporting management team;
  • Field work;
  • Team work and ability to work autonomously.
The Skills You Bring
Your suitability for the role will be assessed by the following;
  • Extensive customer service experience;
  • Previous community engagement experience;
  • High level administration and computer skills;
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills;
  • High level verbal and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrated experience working in the field;
  • Able and willing to work under pressure;
  • Able to demonstrate resilience and empathy;
  • Understanding of the issues affecting families & individuals involved.
