We offer Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Positive Behaviour Supports and Early Childhood Supports to build on what is working in a person’s life and create changes to areas that are not.

Employment Term: Ongoing
Location – Werribee
Salary $80,000 - $119,000 plus generous vehicle and relocation packages available

As a team leader with a portion of leadership and clinical time, you engage with participants across the lifespan, you will work within your scope of practice to achieve the below outcomes:
  • You will have the ability to use your entrepreneur and local champion skills and will build a team of therapists who are adaptable, solution orientated, outcome driven and invested in making a difference in people’s lives.
  • Develop, plan and conduct therapy sessions within the participants natural environment that aligns with the Social Model – both online and face to face.
  • Identify the facilitators and barriers within a person’s environment (attitudinal, social and physical) with meaningful and impactful goals.
  • Regularly evaluate progress and outcomes, using relevant measures, and discuss outcomes with participants, family and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare full, accurate and timely reports that will assist in future planning and recommendation strategies.
  • Be supported and provided mentoring and coaching along with the ability to craft your career path.
  • Attend weekly meetings either online or face to face.

What do you need to be successful?
  • APHRA/SPA Registration
  • You will have a growth mindset and strong leadership experience.
  • Great positive attitude
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Valid drivers licence
  • 2 Clinical References
  • WWCC
  • Australian Criminal Police check
  • Working rights in Australia
